Carmine's wakes up and smells the brunch
Well, it’s about time! Looks like the ol’ Viagra Triangle restaurant still has it. After years of filling the plates and stomachs of countless patrons with monster sized portions of pasta, Carmine’s will finally begin serving weekend brunch starting Saturday, May 23 from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Even though this is the restaurant’s first brunch venture, the menu offers a promising selection of seasonal entrees, such as the Farmers Market Frittata overflowing with fire roasted asparagus, summer squash, tear drop tomatoes and imported goat cheese, and the Crispy Thin Crust Breakfast Pizza layered with oven dried tomatoes, scrambled eggs, Applewood smoked bacon and Fontina cheese.
