Brunchin' book signing
312 Dining Diva reports that Ms. Gale Gand will be promoting her new book, Gale Gand’s Brunch! with book signing brunch at The Bristol on May 17 from 12:00-2:00 p.m. for $37. Though Gand will probably have her hands full with books instead of working the kitchen, executive chef Chris Pandel plans to serve up a taste of what’s in store for the book. If $37 sounds steep, consider that it’s probably one of the better try-before-you-buy experiences, and a lot easier than trying to accomplish the Alinea Book.
