Brunch is back at Fat Cat
One of the nice parts about brunches at bars is the safety of knowing you’ll probably order a decent brunch cocktail. Also, if you leave your keys, wallet or other personal items there the night before, you can crack two eggs with one stone and have one over-easy.
That said, brunch is now back at Fat Cat Bar and Grill, featuring a Stoli Bloody Mary Cart, where you can pick your poison of rim, liquor and skewer. And given this wonderful trend of gourmetifying brunch, Fat Cat is jumping on board with seasonal specials such as, Eggs in a Blanket (prosciutto-wrapped egg with a touch of cream and fried sage leaves), Mancakes (bacon-studded Buttermilk Pancakes), and the house breakfast burrito (eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese and black beans wrapped in a warm tortilla served with breakfast potatoes).
