Food Network darlings Dan and Steve are back in the brunch game and set to open The Hearty Boys, starting this Sunday, Feb. 15 from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Their new catering/brunch/studio space is just down the block from their old home at HB Home Bistro in Boystown. In an attempt to create an accessible experience, the restaurant’s promising menu is actually accessibly priced with most entrees under $10, featuring original entrees such as Maple Cous Cous, Andouille Biscuits and Gravy and Caribbean Crab Eggs Benedict. Shocking, isn’t it?
